[Bug 3729] delphi 7 installer (i.e. installshield): product key -> Next -> nothing happens

Sorry, I'm wrong.

I've let someone install the same Delphi 7 package on Windows XP Prof. w/ SP2
and he had to type in the serial and the authorization key...

Though I do not understand (and I'm searching for other, say, NEVER, versions
on the net right now) why the woman said that the registration feature has been
dropped, if it wasn't. Weird. Anyways, I let you know when I've got something
working. :)

In the meantime I have to apologize for that.
