CS2 was installed and worked in the beginning (about 1 day) but after a reboot
CS2 started to have problems when a new file is created or opened. It works
very well when there is no file opened|created all tools are working,
everything looks normal until a new file is opened or created. When this
happens Photoshop tool windows are unable to get focused (not clickable). When
you click on tool windows - nothing happens. You can't access main menu as
well. It's locked for the mouse but you can access main menu with key shortcuts
but they're either disabled (like no file is opened) or not working (you click
on them and nothing happens)

Photoshop CS2

Currently I'm unable to run any version of photoshop. I tried to reinstall CS2
but the same problem persisted. I tried to clean KDE cashes,  CS2 configs -
nothing helps. CS2 just won't work after a file is opened.

Both problems are connected in someway: After a new image file is opened or
created and menus and toolboxes are locked (can not be clicked or accessed) you
could still exit from Photoshop with Ctrl-Q-Q but next time you run Photoshop
you get the famous "Photoshop cannot continue because your account doesn't have
privileges" message. And you can't make it start without restarting wineserver.
After wineserver is restarted you can again start CS2 and play with menus and
tool windows till a new image is created or opened, then alas - other windows
including main menu are locked and cannot be accessed.

I have localized the problem and can provide the exact steps to reproduce it. 
Whoever reads this bug and have the similar problem  the solution follows.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Stop wine server 
winesever -k

2. Go to the wine home CS2 was installed to, i.e. /home/[user]/.wine/

3. Open win.ini file

4. Comment the following line:

printer=wineps.drv,CUPS:printer

so the win.ini section would look like

[devices]
PDF_Printer=wineps.drv,CUPS:PDF_Printer
;printer=wineps.drv,CUPS:printer

5. Now start Photoshop CS2 -> New file, try clicking on tool windows, main menu
- nothing happens - a lock (I guess there is some invisible windows popus and
takes the focus away)

!No idea how

[devices]
PDF_Printer=wineps.drv,CUPS:PDF_Printer
;printer=wineps.drv,CUPS:printer

has disappeared from my win.ini - I sure didn't remove it

How to fix the problem.

In case you're having the same problem - open win.ini file

The [device] section should look like:

[devices]
PDF_Printer=wineps.drv,CUPS:PDF_Printer
printer=wineps.drv,CUPS:printer

Now wineserver -k and restart CS2 it should be back to normal.

Works fine in wine-1.6-rc4, no overrides.
