7zip compressed MPEG video showing problem

The GUI renders properly when the program is first painted but as soon as you
interact with anything, the updates are drawn relative to the bottom (as though
someone mixed up Y coordinate and did Height - Y instead of plain Y).

This results in a button at the bottom of a window that when pressed and held,
the pressed graphic is drawn just below the title bar instead of where the
button actually is.

[The console dumps a bunch of warnings about D3D swap chains so it might be
DirectX related]

Is this still an issue in the latest development version of wine?

The Altera's program has been updated and the original is no longer available
for download. Does anyone still have the original installer and can give this a
new try?

Over 1 year without new posts, no answer to last message, download is not
available. Resolving abandoned, if anyone is still able to reproduce feel free
