The desktop shortcut for Netgear Powerline Utility 3.1 appears blank, whereas
version 2 works fine. The icon is created correctly in Windows XP.

Not sure if this is fixed or not.

Wine creates 2 files on desktop. Other is .lnk which has question mark on it
and the background color is white. The another...I don't know what it is
actually, but it has correct icon on it.

I tested the 3 version only.

Fixed in Wine 1.7.44.
