Ubuntu 18.10 was released a bit ago, and a few packages have gone by without
listing in the winehq repository.

This is currently blocking my ability to upgrade to 18.10.

I'm sure it's just a matter of time until it's done, but I figured I'd make a
bug rep in case it got forgotten.

We are in the process of changing WineHQ builds from a private build system to
the OBS. Current packages for Cosmic are available on the OBS at
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Emulators:/Wine:/Debian/Ubuntu_18....
Follow the instructions on https://wiki.winehq.org/Ubuntu to add the OBS
repository.

FYI, this information was posted on the forum when Cosmic was released.

The WineHQ repository now syncs with the OBS builds, and cosmic is available
directly from dl.winehq.org.
