Right after clicking setup.exe a message appears displaying:
"The program setup.exe has encountered a serious error and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
The installshield starting message("...which will guide you though the rest of the setup process..." etc) also appears but only the initial screen, the bar doesn't get a chance to start filling.
