I figured that when I try to start Gramps 5.2.0, only empty dialogs are
displayed.

Just tested, and I don't see the issue. Can you provide a screenshot and maybe
instructions on how to reproduce?

Then again, I'm on Linux, not macOS so maybe there's a difference.
Potentially related to bug 56360, but since it works for me...

My specific steps to reproduce are:
1. Install Gramps.
2. Go to installation directory C:\Program Files\GrampsAIO64-5.2.0 and start
gramps.exe.

Is this a new issue or is this also present with older Wine versions?

More importantly, can you build from source? I had a similar issue with blank
windows recently that will only be fixed in wine-9.4. Or just wait for 9.4 to
retest.
