[Bug 26945] New: regress : X-Lite 3.0 crashes during init

X-Lite 3.0 works fine in Wine 1.2.x but crashes during app start up (init) in
latest Wine 1.3.18.

Older builds of X-Lite 3.0 just disappear as soon as it crashes and newer
builds show a crash report and then exit.

Same problem with commercial version : eyeBeam.

Please post the results of your regression test if the issue isn't fixed with

Hello,

most likely fixed if there was any regression.
Both 3.x versions (old & new) start fine here with GIT.

$ wine --version
wine-1.3.18-233-gcff8753

$ sha1sum X-Lite3_29712.exe 
433f94dabe8226dbe12dff6d299890a65496882f  X-Lite3_29712.exe

$ sha1sum X-Lite_Win32_1104o_56125_100106.exe

I'm going to install Ubuntu 11.4 today - maybe that will help.

Peter, it's unlikely that you need to reinstall your entire OS.  Either retest
with the latest development snapshot from git or wait for wine-1.3.19.
