The mouse in Hellgate: London does not work at all. As from what i've gleaned
on their official forums they're using some kind of sotware cursor. There are
some comments on this issue  in http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10318
and http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=9682. The
comments in http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11280 most likely relate to
this, too.

Duplicate. The game depends on RawInput which is not implemented in Wine.
