Looks like a duplicate of bug 27680.
We use gcc 5.3.0 to build, so might not exactly be a dup of bug#27680. Also its work if I decompress it with upx.

Uploaded to https://i10z.com/tmp/ffmpeg.exe.xz . It's no longer crashing wine but it not giving any output at all. Decompress with upx -d and it works fine.
