I've made a regression test. It seems to be this patch which prevent
yesmessenger.exe to connect to internet :

To use yesmessenger : 
- create a profil on windows and put 
c:\windows\yesmessenger.ini file to wine windows directory.
- use native mfc42.dll

Probably a duplicate of bug 11574. A +wininet trace should confirm that.
