Not possible unless MS released it as freeware which I believe is not the case.

I have Visual Studio 6 and it suffers from another bug I can't find right now,
most likely it is the same issue here.

Anyway, wine 1.6.2 is very old and unsupported, please try again in the latest
development version (currently 1.9.13) or at least 1.8.3.

This dupe was tested against wine 2.0-rc5.
