If you try to launch spacedesk's spacedeskService.exe, the only thing it outputs to the console is: fixme:kernelbase:AppPolicyGetProcessTerminationMethod FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFA and then crashes. If you try to turn on the server through spacedeskServiceTray.exe, it crashes with the same output.

What about wine-9.0-rc5? If the problem still occurs with this version, is there a freely legal download available to test?
I don't really have the time and knowledge to build wine from source, so I used the AUR package. As for the app, it is freely available from spacedesk.net, but fails to install in wine (https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56005), so I took the spacedesk win10 files from my windows partition.

I tested the newest version from the website, looks like it installs, launches and works.(not due to wine, because v1078 still doesn't install)

Note that copying an installation from Windows (generally) isn't supported.
