Due to KSDATAFORMAT_SUBTYPE_WAVEFORMATEX (00000000-0000-0010-8000-00aa00389b71)
subtype is not supported, Call of Duty 5 will crash and MotoGP08 exists
silenty.
With commenting out supported subtype check, CoD starts and MotoGP08 goes
further then hits black screen (as Devil May Cry 4's engine)

In case of CoD 5 no more crashes, but still no sound. I haven't tested motogp
yet.
