There's a nice-sized bug in the new version of OpenMPT:  When you attempt to
load more than one VSTi/VST plug-in, it stops for a bit and crashes.  The error

IO completion ports are more completely implemented in more recent versions of
Wine, please upgrade and try again.

What's /usr/bin/wine-safe?  Please run this with just wine, and port the
complete console output if it still crashes.  (We want to see the traceback,
not just know that a crash happened.)
