Is there a download available?

You can use 'winetricks gdiplus' to work around it.

The application does run into another problem after getting past the stub
issue, which is the subject of another bug report.

This is fixed by commit f82a086f56b55136ce5fa489285de2c45d54a78e. I've reported
the second problem in bug 18119.
