When I try this, I see

fixme:oleacc:AccessibleObjectFromWindow 0x1013e -4
{618736e0-3c3d-11cf-810c-00aa00389b71} 0x62146f9c

and then Notes hangs (it doesn't crash).
I guess it's trying to look up something's IAccessible interface, 
haven't checked to see what window it's asking about.
