Program don't works, which is AutoWikiBrowser

Bug see like https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32479 but there old
versions, and it don't fix. 
Also in Linux Mint 18.1 no libgnutls-deb0.so.*, is libgnutls.so.*, download
Debian's libgnutls-deb0.so.* don't works.

Installed: libgnutls30, libgnutls30:i386, libgnutls-openssl27.

Does it work with packages from winehq.org/download? This looks like a build or
packaging issue, rather than some Wine bug.

I tried Wine 2.0 from winehq.org/download, same problem.

Firewall disabled, fresh install sytem, network setting by default. 
Also I tried replace /system32/winsock.dll from native Windows XP, it dont
work.

In Windows XP and 10, and Virtualbox it work fine.

It was found that on the contrary. - Works package from the repository Linux
Mint (where the latest version is 1.6). But it did not work from
winehq.org/download (1.8, 2.0, etc.).
