When trying to login the game times out even waiting several hours dosn't help.

After posting this bug report i was searching the win ADB and found a comment
about Turbine switching to something cromium which is probably what Google's
web browser uses. I also noticed there is a wine patch that uses it but it
seems it dosn't work on kubuntu amd64. I suspect the problem is this rather
than the launcher which means it may have nothing to do with a wine wrapper. I
think this bug should be reopened as Mr. English's comment may be invalid as
the problem may have nothing to do with a wrapper.
