After working around bug 11094 by doing "wine regsvr32 rsaenh", the next bug is a crash that is at least near some MSI code, so I'll risk the MSI maintainer's wrath and put it in that category :-)

Crashes; +relay,+msi,+msidb,+seh seems to show the exception happens in MsiViewExecute:

It then crashes in webkit, but that doesn't have to do with msi.
