I was playing Rift when it crashes suddenly without any reason. This happened
several times.

Hello folks,

please retest with recent Wine 1.7.20+

If it still crashes please attach backtrace _and_ terminal output.

Hello folks,

since you didn't tell *which* Wine version you used now and *which* native
overrides (if any) I can only assume it's a dupe of existing bugs.

You are missing out: 'winetricks -q d3dcompiler_43'
and the actual blocker here: 'winetricks -q d3dx9_36' (bug 36820)

Also information *when* it crashes is missing (clicking some menu? 5 min in the
actual game?).
