Running Skyrim with SKSE the _NET_FRAME_EXTENTS property is set when on fullscreen. This means the window informs having decorations even if it is fullscreen causing glitches on some window compositors such as compton.
Its possible this happens beacuse the Skyrim window starts normal and then it switches to fullscreen without reseting the _NET_FRAME_EXTENTS property
