Reverting the patch restored the correct display. The problem occurs with a
Radeon HD 4250 and a GMA 950 (though it looks like it stopped working with
ddr=opengl on the GMA 950 prior to this commit).

Thanks, the patch does work for me. Also, the rendering issues I mentioned
before in bug 28137 are fully fixed, so this game is working just about
perfectly.
