Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5 can't be resized

After update from 1.1.4 I see wrong window sizes in some applications. QIP,
Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5 and etc. Windows are 7/8 of screen by default.

You can download QIP (1,8 Mb), and see that chat window is 7/8 of screen.

Crashes for me in 1.1.7:
err:seh:raise_exception Exception frame is not in stack limits => unable to
dispatch exception.

Do you have any native workarounds?

please explain why is 15864 a duplicate of this bug?  The behaviour of 
dvt-fc2.exe is the same in 1.1.2 as 1.1.7+, can't see a regression here.

the same happens with 1.1.4 as well as with 1.2 rc2

In wine-1.3.29-121-gfdda702, QIP runs and doesn't crash (does on exit though).
The window is not 7/8 of my screen height, though it can't be resized (not sure
if it can on windows either).

Seems fixed, at least based on the little info available in the bug. If it's
not, please clarify what the problem is (in 1.3.29 or newer wine).
