I want open php.chm help file, and hh.exe not supported in wine.

I don't have a problem opening php_enhanced_en.chm (from
https://php.net/get/php_enhanced_en.chm/from/a/mirror) with
wine-1.7.33-50-g7eed378. Could you please retest with 1.7.33? Does that .chm
have the same issue for you?

Crashes in xul/mshtml so definitely a testing with current 1.7.33 is needed as
those components changed a lot since 1.6.2.

Yes, It work on Wine 1.7.33. But the window it is not asin windows. There is no
window with "index", "search". It open as html with link. May be It correct?

Search isn't implemented (bug 7636), but there is a tab for it, as well as tabs
for "index" and "favorites." The index works fine here on 1.7.33 when opening
php_enhanced_en.chm.

Is your wineprefix clean (no winetricks or other tweaks, nothing else
installed)?

I can reproduce the behavior described in comment 3 by running hh.exe with
wine64.

Sergey, when you tested this, did you use "wine64" in the command line rather
than just "wine"? If not: do you have a proper WoW64 setup? Pure 64 bit Wine is
not a supported configuration.

I installed it on Ubuntu, writing sudo apt-get install wine1.7 and it
installed. I have classic menu indicator, and I can open configuration file
wine. When I open some file of windows only this file show my bar. the wine
icon not shown. May be it work automatically, I have wine1.7 i386 and x64. My
Ubuntu version is 14.10 X64. I not open from terminal it not opened. When I
write sudo wine file or sudo wine64 file, it say

Never run Wine with sudo. Follow these instructions to fix the permissions mess
you've now created:

The original problem reported here, a crash when using an old version, has been
reported fixed by upgrading to the current development release, so I'm going to
mark this one fixed. As for your other problems, ask for help on the forum.
