[Bug 14714] New: intermittant crashes while playing bf1942

Somewhere in the last few commits that affect wined3d, a regression has
occurred which causes a crash somewhere about 10 minutes into play it seems to
reproduce itself.  See attached log.

this appears to be the bad commit 14b24058d69d73ebf6b70bc36c8aa62993351079
