Tested without reinstalling application (Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars
1.0)
Application never worked perfectly but no fails to start.

Patching game to 1.9 helped. I don't know what's wine policy about bugs like
that.

I am able to load the game with the instructions on the APPDB page with latest
git (1.1.22), unhacked. Only modifications done were to add some Dx dlls to
windows/system32. I believe this is fixed.
