When running programs such as wine control, wine notaped, wine regedit,
the default "System" font does not display Chinese properly, and winecfg cannot set the System to other font or adjust the font fallback.

as that would be nice to have; the rest goes under: well, duh.
Yes, it would be nice if FontSubstitutes for CJK system fonts (and a few other non-Latin scripts) could be set though an easier gui method, than going into regedit.

This problem didn't exist on early wine version Do you know how to solve this problem?
