The summary is self-explaining: Currently, the text-generation applications
like NaturallySpeaking work only inside Wine applications, which is dirty
because in case of a real-world application, we would have to install every
input program in Wine.

Making every text-generation programing behave like a normal keyboard will let
the use of every application, especially voice recognition, easy.

It's not clear what exactly you mean. How do those apps work under Windows?

Those apps can be used in every application in Windows, as if it were a "voice
keyboard". In Linux, those apps work only in Wine apps, not in the whole
system. This bug is about using them in every native application, not only Wine
ones.

That's impossible, that's not how Wine works.
