When installing Lego Universe, I get the following Program Error popup window: 
"The program error lego_universe_install.exe has encountered a serious problem
and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.".

Wine version? Retest in latest version 1.3.29.

Please, run it in the console and Attach the crash log.

Log file per request to reinstall on Wine 1.3.

Here's the log from the console when run on Wine 1.3.29.  Thanks for your help.

Your log is incomplete, it has no backtrace.

Please click the button of the crash dialog, that should show
a backtrace.  (You may need to install your distro's wine debugging symbols
package to get a good one, if you didn't install from source.)

Lego Universe was shutdown:

Does anyone still have the installer and can test this again in the latest
development version of wine? Otherwise the bug will be closed abandoned.
