32bit executable starts 64bit executable fails
We spawn in the map (progress), but it is very unstable. Lightning Quality set to any higher than lowest results in "fog" -> See video

I believe that it was fixed wine 2.6 bug 42449.

Unimplemented function vsscanf? If so you should open a bug report for it.
What's the actual issue here? The title contains too many issues. Bug reports should have 1 issue per report or it gets too confusing to fix.
