It seems that this issue applies only to using msvcrt builtin to wine, so I
changed summary to reflect that, and since my mobo died in my linux box, i am
unable to do the regression testing as of right now.  I do believe though that
it is due to using 2.4 kernel, as Louis replied off list that he is using 2.6..
 Once I have a replacement mobo and can get a stock 2.4 kernel going again, I
will test to see, but for now, marking as remind.
