I've installed Oblivion on my Ubuntu 19.10 eoan and it seems that most of sound
is not working. Speech not working. I 've googled and find that is well known
bug since the early version of wine.

Your wine version is pretty old. Please update to the latest one: wine.5-16.
Report back if the bug still occurs.

this bug is actually duplicate of bug 49238. Oblivion is also mentioned on bug
28282.

can you test wine-staging version of wine if it fixes this for you?
