[Bug 8547] Intel Image processing Library - ipla6 error preventing operation.

I tried to upload the application that uses this *.dll  It must be to large to
upload.  ~5M.

It is a Phantom Camera Control and video processing library.  The files are in
their own format.

Now when I run the application, if I don't click on the above error message, I
can use the menu to attempt to load a file.  When I start to load the file, the
above message just gets repeated over and over until the program crashes.

All the error reports point toward an issue with the Intel Imaging Processing
Library.  I did a Google search and found that Windows users have had the same
issues.

It could be an error with the application that is only showing up in Wine.
