War Leaders graphical corruption log

After installing with a problem, when launched, this application corrupts the
computer's display resulting in everything (both the application and the rest
of X) displaying in a washed out white.  I've attached a log.

Based on some good leads from the IRC channel, I have discovered that the
problem is related to the gamma setting.  Resetting the gamma to the default
value using xgamma after the game begins (and after every cut) corrects the
problem.
