--- Comment #1 from piersont@reed.edu --- I found this out upon attempting to help another user with the same problem. I see that https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/fedora/33/x86_64/winehq-stable-5.0.3-2.2.x... exists, but it isn't found by dnf.
The user said "but yes, I did follow the winehq instructions with adding the repos. for some reason even though it says the repo is enabled, it cannot find winehq-stable as a package". The same thing happened to me
