after updating to 0.9.25 the toolbar area , just below the menu area, changed in
height making it so the toolbar no longer fit , only about 70% of the tool bar
was  showing ( in height, the horizontal was fine), reverting to 0.9.24 didn'T
show this problem.

the app in question is  utorrent 1.6 build 474 which worked fairly well in all
other version from 0,9.16 onward
