This is a free set of console based programs which are used to convert ASE models to PRM and W for use with the Re-Volt PC game, along with modifying the world files. It's very common among the re-volt community.
The log attached is from ASE2PRM,ASE2W, and RVGLUE which are the most common files of the pack.

Just thought to attach this as well, it's a winedbg on rvglue.exe. It seems to show it's having a problem with the cygwin1.dll that is included in the rvtmod7.zip.

See if that gives a different backtrace with winedbg.
