Error log

DPGTools 1.3 (Distributed with Moonshell 1.71) fails to encode videos.
It gives an error message in japanese while "Detect DirectShow Stream"
(Engrish, lolz)

Then it just hangs at "Detect DirectShow" indefinitely.

Error log included.
