No, didn't observe any difference in Wine 1.2 (Bordeaux). Still slow using
either builtin or native.

Tested also using wine 1.3.7 with DIB Engine enabled. Still drawing the window
contents and notebook thumbnails is extremely slow.

Further testing seems to indicate that the only slow action is drawing shadows
around the lists in the main window. It is perfectly reproducible. To reproduce
download Evernote from:
http://www.evernote.com/about/download/get.php?file=Win
and install using wine >1.2 and run. Then try to cover and uncover the main
window to trigger refreshing.

Is there anything I can do to help pinpointing the problem?

This ticket has not been updated for over 900 days. Development recommends
to check the status on your bug every release or two and let to be known if the
bug is still present. If not, mark it fixed. If you are no longer able to put
effort to this ticket, you can abandon it.

Is this still an issue with 1.7.4 or higher ?
