I change in 'System Settings/Printer Configuration/Local Printers/' printer
orientation to landscape and to fit to printable area, it worked,
but now only half of the page is seen, other half is outside of paper
Bottom of drawing is on middle of paper, so size of drawing is correct, but it
is on wrong spot 
The paper size is right .
In windows my program works fine. I am dumping whole drawing (or screen) to
printer

It's not useful to report bugs with such an old Wine version, please retest
with 1.3.35.

Nothing change, same problem.

And same problem with Irfanview if printer orientation is landscape by default.
( and also in Irfanview if orientation is landscape by default , from
printerdialog chosen orientation goes wrong way = portrait prints landscape and
landscape prints portrait image and landscape image is half way outside of
paper)
If printer orientation is portrait by default then Irfanview prints orientation
according from printerdialog.
 But programs where you can't use printer dialog and you have to set printer
orientation by default to landscape, image is half way out of paper
