Reason 5 demo compressed log with +dc,+bitmap,+win,+uxtheme,+tid

This is a continuation of bug 42825 regarding the incorrect way Reason 5 draws
GUI elements when they change. A good example of this are volume meters, custom
buttons, the sequencer playhead, tooltips and anything that has got a
scrollbar.

Screenshots of this behaviour can be seen in 42825.

I think that's it. The obvious bugs are gone and whatever I tried, I could not
get it to do anything funny.
