Continuation from bug 33510:
now the installer complains about an unhandled exception. Backtrace points to
MSI, so setting it as the component.

Prerequisites:
winetricks mspatcha dotnet20
workaround for bug 32048

Fixed. Thank you Hans!
With this bug fixed the installer actually displays a GUI and even starts
installation. Then it runs into bug 33520.
