Help Menu only shows "Printer Icons"

Viewing the CHM help menu, only shows "Printer icons" instead of the correct
icons for each of the functions

*Show
*Back
*Forward
*Options
*Print (Icon is of course correct for this)

The same problem is with help in AutoCAD 2008 on Wine-1.1.20

Help Menu only shows "Printer Icons" (and nothing else)

behaviour has changed in that 2(two) help windows pop up at the same time and
they have no text in the panels at all. (not very helpful)

Show, Back and Forward are implemented since commit
1115e320700cca5a2b523ad033da36d931d98e00.  There's a lot more icons to
implement, but it's a start.

Icons I wrote about display correctly. Fixed for me. What other Icons do you
mean Eric?

The meaning is "options". It is mentioned in the original bugreport.

"Options" and "Sync" are not implemented, "Options" could easily be
STD_PROPERTIES - but I couldn't find anything good for "Sync" in either the
standard Wine icon sets or in the Tango Base icons.  If you find a good icon
that we can legally use then I'd be happy to put together a patch.

That other bug report is not specific - it was probably closed because it
