Installation:

The issue disappears after installing urlmon:

I suspect this is caused by some of the native DLLs installed via winetricks.
AFAIK you don't need any of those (possibly except corefonts if you don't have
it installed system-wise).

I think, the bug can be closed. The game version gone. It is not reproduced on
newer versions with latest wine version.
