The problem is that ubuntu 32bit gstreamer is pretty broken in a 64 distrib. That causes tons of problems with wine.

I believe at least the gstreamer-1.0-plugins-good package is multiarch-compatible, is it not?

Right, but only 64-bit version, you'll need 32-bit version for this program.
