Terminal output & CA_LIB window

When starting Medieval 2 Total War version 1.3(cracked .exe) from either the
wine menu, terminal or directly from it's .exe, it will give a CA_LIB error
screen with no text in it. Only a "!"-sign and on "OK"-button appear.(It's not
possible to start without crack due to cd-check error)

I've made a screenshot of the CA_LIB window along with the last lines of
terminal output when i tried to start it from a terminal.

Is this still an issue in current (1.1.6 or newer) Wine?

yes, rather interestingly I am getting the CAlib error when i run MTW II from
the commandline, whereas I get "this application has encountered an error" when
I run the icon. I attached the crashlog to

If this is still an issue in current (1.1.33 or newer) wine and you can provide
