The dropbox besides "Country/Region" has no content and you can not enter anything. And because of this you can not continue the install-process.

Commit 9c892430ba3d9cf5c6c507ca258f0cb08400e2ba makes the license screen work (it didn't show up at all before this patch because of a crash in a custom action handler). After commit 80878d00da9b83fe456500efd73b8312e8383836 the country drop-down gets filled with countries so installation can proceed.
Latest git should work fine.
