You just run the installer and it spams that unimplemnted message. It cant be
even installed.

Does installing vcrun2010 via winetricks at least help work around the problem?

I think it's .NET redist that should provide this dll. Wine does not have to do
that. This needs retest with dotnet40 installed.

Hello folks,

anything that complains about unimplemented function
'MSVCR100_CLR0400.dll.foobar' where 'foobar' is:

* _except_handler4_common
* __initterm_e
* _excep
...

is the result of a broken WINEPREFIX (buggged 'winetricks' recipe(s), broken
manual install etc.).

You can't use .NET Framework 4.5.x components with WinVer lower than 'Windows
7' by design. Those errors are an indication of this.

Run 'Winecfg' in such a prefix to check.
