I think this bug only applies to the demo.

--- Comment #3 from Alexander Dorofeyev alexd4@inbox.lv 2009-01-17 14:20:56 --- I can confirm that this crash is still in Wine, but this is definitely a codec issue, and it does go away if you install Indeo video codec. I remember from working on video cutscenes in dark engine games, that they don't seem to do lots of error checking for that, so if there's no codec or something - down it goes. I believe Intel Indeo codecs used to come "bundled" with MS OSes, making such situation on Windows unlikely, but this arrangement AFAIK was discontinued, so same problem probably could happen on some newer windows releases and almost certainly on Vista. This is not Wine bug as such, so I think it's right to close it as invalid.
